Responsibilities: The Office of Disclosure and Governance within the Division of Risk, Strategy, and Financial Innovation (Risk Fin) was created in January 2010 in connection with the merger of the Office of Economic Analysis (OEA) and the Office of Risk Assessment (ORA) into the new Division, a Division established in September 2009. The focus of the Office of Disclosure and Governance is to support the Division´s goals with respect to analysis related to corporate entities, mutual funds, and other related entities in the capital markets.
